Internet speed test
Test your speed on our local Pakistan servers
Earth Link Broadband hosts speed-test servers inside our own network so you can measure your real download throughput against a nearby node — no distant international hops. Pick the city closest to you to begin.
Why a local speed test?
When you test against a distant server, the result is limited by long international routes rather than your actual connection. Testing against a server inside Earth Link Broadband’s network in Pakistan shows the throughput between your device and a nearby edge, which is the fairer measure of whether you are receiving your subscribed speed.
Each city node serves incompressible test files from 10 MB up to 10 GB. For an accurate reading, download a file a few times larger than your plan so the transfer runs long enough to settle. You can also test from the command line with curl or wget.
